Description:
We are looking for an analyst to join our Emergency Preparedness, Resilience and Response (EPRR) function. Applying experience and skill sets developed in role(s) with similar demands (having worked within an EPRR function is desirable but not essential), you would be working with all areas of the organisation. You will be proactive and able to engage effectively with colleagues in the team in delivering support, oversight and assurance around all areas of our resilience focused activities.
The role is offered on a 12-month fixed term, part-time basis.
Incorporating responsibilities for daily reporting, disseminating critical communications, co-ordinating document reviews and the maintenance of records, you will be required to demonstrate strong organisational and administrative skills to help the team maintain and develop our practices.

Monitor the Trusts EPRR mailbox, for receipt of internal and external communication requiring onward communication and / or response.
Manage the dissemination of any communication internally within the Trust, ensuring appropriate consideration of any alerts or urgent matters. Where necessary, provide response to external parties.
Complete and submit scheduled reporting relating to patient and staff matters and any additional reporting requested by the ICS during periods of disruption (such as Industrial Action).
Support the co-ordination of relevant training, including arranging trainers, scheduling training sessions and monitoring attendance.
Maintain a robust audit trail of communications so as to support any post-dated investigation.
Support the development and maintenance of EPRR policies, guidelines and procedures, ensuring compliance with agreed schedules for review and update.
Support the communication across the Trust of any Emergency Preparedness matters, including weather and safety alerts.
Co-ordinate EPRR Governance Forums, including preparing papers and recording actions.
Support the Emergency Planning Manager in completing an annual audit against the national EPRR Core Standards.
Provide occasional cover for other functions within the Corporate Governance team, including the Risk Management and Programme Management teams.
Occasional travel to other Trust locations
