We are excited to offer an incredible opportunity for trained Emergency Practitioners (EPs) to join our outstanding team of Enhanced and Advanced Level Practitioners within the Urgent and Emergency Care (UEC) Directorate at North West Anglia NHS Foundation Trust (NWAFT).
Are you an enthusiastic, self-motivated NMC/HCPC Registered Nurse, Paramedic, or Physiotherapist with a passion for managing Acute Injury and Minor Illness? We want you to be a part of our multidisciplinary team within the integrated Urgent Treatment Care (iUTC) at Peterborough City Hospital (PCH) and the Minor Injuries Unit (MIU) at Stamford and Rutland Hospital.

Responsibilities:

Providing high-quality, evidence-based patient care in the Emergency Department and Urgent Treatment Centre.
Independently conducting complex assessments, planning, delivering, and evaluating patient care.
Acting as an expert resource for both internal and external agencies.
Leading and managing unpredictable clinical situations.
Developing and delivering education and training to other staff.
Managing resources and contributing to strategic service development and improvement.
Maintaining professional registration and adhering to relevant legal and clinical guidelines.
Additionally, the role involves supporting professional activities such as continuing education and participating in service improvement initiatives.
