Description:

DESCRIPTION

This individual is a member of the Emergency Department nursing and medical team and functions under the supervision of the Emergency Department Manager. Performs assignments given by Department Manager, charge RNs, or Nursing Supervisor. Assists in planning, organizing, implementing and evaluating the activities occurring in the nursing station.

Shift details: Part-time, 24 hours weekly, Night shift

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • H.S. Diploma or GED
  • Washington Nursing Assistant Certification License upon hire. Or
  • Washington Medical Assistant Phlebotomist Certification upon hire. Or
  • Washington Emergency Medical Technician License upon hire.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous experience as a Unit Secretary.
  • Previous experience as a Nursing Assistant or able to satisfactorily complete training program.
