WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING…

As our Apprenticeships Coordinator with the Emerging Talent & Careers team, you’ll have a major impact on helping us achieve our goal by supporting our direct-entry apprentices to develop through Apprenticeships. You’ll use your passion for learning and development to help support people reach their potential.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • You’ll maintain and analyse our Emerging Talent & Careers portal and create regular reports.
  • You’ll work with various departments to identify apprenticeship opportunities and procure new providers where required.
  • You’ll review learner evaluation forms to ensure providers are delivering to a high standard and programmes meet business needs.
  • You’ll review learner progress reports and hold quarterly reviews with colleagues to ensure support is being effectively utilised.
  • You’ll coordinate learner registrations, progress monitoring, certifications activity, internal/external meetings and business development opportunities.
  • You’ll play a part in creating learning and development materials including lunch and learns and deliver awareness sessions.
  • You’ll liaise with training providers and key partners to ensure our colleagues and learners receive a high-quality service and development.
