We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join our Wealth and Personal Banking team, working together with colleagues to define, manage and achieve divisional business targets.

• Support the Head of Retail Distribution responsible for deploying the Emiratization Strategy Growth for WPB and support WPB Exco in executing the expected Emiratization target.
• Collaborates with stakeholders to define the project strategy, and develops a roadmap ensuring all constraints of time/resources are met.
• Support in planning, mobilizing and manage direct projects of high complexity and scale from project definition to closure, proactively balancing scope, schedule, budget, risks, outcomes, and benefits.
• Oversee the tracking of project/s risks/issues/dependencies, assesses the impact on the benefit realization for the project/s and takes action to minimize impact, actively challenging and removing obstacles.
• Provides timely reports on project status, risks and issues, evaluating project performance based on management information.
  Requirements

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

• Graduation degree is a must to secure a UAE Visa and Work Permit.
• Project management skills and experience of managing large and complex projects
• Excellent understanding of the project lifecycle
• Agile methodologies and best practice techniques to achieve expected outcome of the project.
• Multiple strong examples of the delivery of on time and on budget projects that achieve business case stated outcomes.
• In depth experience of working in a banking environment and change projects
• Good stakeholder management experience, especially impactful communication
• Influencing and running project governance Implementation, change management and fulfilment.
