Responsibilities:
Join our dynamic team and make a real impact on students’ futures! As a key player in our Employability service, you’ll empower students to achieve their goals, connect them with exciting opportunities, and contribute to innovative service delivery.
- Empower Students: Provide essential Employability information and advice to help students navigate placements, recruitment, and employment opportunities.
- Engage Proactively: Connect with students through various channels like drop-in sessions, appointments, and small group sessions to promote Employability services.
- Support Seamlessly: Assist with the administration of student placements and ensure smooth service delivery throughout the year.
- Innovate with Technology: Contribute to the development of digital solutions to enhance service delivery and student engagement.
- Collaborate and Grow: Work closely with teams, attend events, and stay updated with the latest labour market trends to continuously improve the service.
