GBS is seeking an Employee Admin Specialist to join our Team within the Human Resources organization. This role will partner extensively
with internal and external customers and the goal is to ensure the accurate data of the employees in the respective systems.
The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, an effective communicator, problem solver, have a desire to participate in change, and
appreciate a dynamic environment with constantly evolving priorities.

Responsibilities:
- Carrying out high level Data Administration on a day to day basis within HR systems environment
- Responsible for ensuring master data accuracy for payroll payments
- Ensuring processes are followed in within the BAT standards
- Solve master data issues and complete master data changes as needed to meet business needs.
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation of creation and changes to master records in order to align with audit requirements.
- Fully understanding the effects of master data settings on how the system performs so that processes work and meet the customer’s needs.
- Process clients´ daily matters that are received with a high-quality service.
- Ensuring the accurate Internal Control process by month and the respective documentation for audit purpose and procedures
