POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive Employee Administrative Coordinator to support our Human Resources team. This role involves a variety of administrative HR functions, including payroll processing, recruiting, onboarding, employee record management, benefits administration, and compliance reporting. The ideal candidate will be responsible, thorough, and eager to grow in HR, ensuring our team operates efficiently and complies with all state and federal requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
  • Familiarity with HR software (MyiSolved experience a plus).
  • Prior HR or payroll experience is beneficial but not required – we will train the right candidate!

Responsibilities:

  • Payroll Processing: Assist in weekly payroll, certified payroll reporting, and verifying deductions and reimbursements.
  • Hiring & Onboarding: Post ads, screen applicants, assist with background checks, and coordinate pre-employment documentation and orientations.
  • Employee Record Management: Maintain digital and physical employee files, ensuring records are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Benefits Administration: Support in managing PTO, holiday pay, and other benefits. Reconcile deductions and update payroll entries.
  • Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to prevailing wage laws, upload fringe benefit reports, and support with employee terminations.
  • Communication: Send emails for new hires, employment separation, reviews, and compliance updates.
