DHL Express is looking for a Employee & Labor Relations Specialist to join our team. This role involves administrative and reporting requirements associated with labour relations, compliance, and special projects.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the administration of reports and processes related to government declarations, grievance tracking, conflict of interest management, and other national initiatives
- Support the administration of DHL’s Internal Control (CRISP) for the HR team
- Conduct various analysis, information gathering, and research related to labor, compliance, grievances, and legislation.
- Playing a critical role in national labor relations and compliance initiatives
