COMPETENCIES & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Life License Qualification Program (LLQP)
  • 5+ years of experience in employee benefits consulting or related role
  • Strong understanding of employee benefits laws and regulations
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse audiences
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining successful client relationships
  • Group Benefits Associate (GBA) or Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS)

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, earning trust and confidence as a trusted advisor by acting on what is best for the client
  • Serve as a subject-matter expert on benefits related matters, staying current with industry trends and best practices
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ current benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans and wellness initiatives
  • Analyze data and industry trends, identify opportunities for better offerings and cost savings for clients
  • Develop and present solutions tailored to clients’ unique needs
  • Assist clients with the design, implementation, and education of employee benefits and retirement programs
