COMPETENCIES & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- Life License Qualification Program (LLQP)
- 5+ years of experience in employee benefits consulting or related role
- Strong understanding of employee benefits laws and regulations
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Proven track record of building and maintaining successful client relationships
- Group Benefits Associate (GBA) or Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS)

Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, earning trust and confidence as a trusted advisor by acting on what is best for the client
- Serve as a subject-matter expert on benefits related matters, staying current with industry trends and best practices
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ current benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans and wellness initiatives
- Analyze data and industry trends, identify opportunities for better offerings and cost savings for clients
- Develop and present solutions tailored to clients’ unique needs
- Assist clients with the design, implementation, and education of employee benefits and retirement programs
