Your role …

  • You will be part of an exciting growth strategy for DEFI products (warrant plans and fund option plans)
  • You manage an existing portfolio of customers within the Corporate, Midcorp & Retail segment of the bank;
  • You proactively seek new customers;
  • You conduct meetings with executives & you give presentations to customers;
  • You structure transactions with customers;
  • You closely collaborate with different channels within the Bank: relationship management – account management – product management & local branches.

The Employee Benefits Team (DEFI) is made up of 6 people and is part of the Transaction Services Sales Team. It focuses exclusively on Belgium, in view of the fact that the activity is based on Belgian tax law.
