Responsibilities:
WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT TO EFFORTLESS ADMIN
We are experiencing some exciting growth as an organization with new business implementations being one of our biggest differentiators in the industry. We know that a smooth implementation is one of the more important experiences our client can have with us, with each implementation being as unique as each of our clients. For this role, we need someone that can offer that white-glove service to our clients, while effectively coordinating multiple stakeholders in order to get each piece delivered on time.
This position is a full time, permanent position working on-site, in-person in Edmonton, AB.
(SOME OF) WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Managing the new business implementation process
- Ownership of the full implementation cycle ensuring all operational requirements are met
- Act as the key contact person for Effortless Admin implementation activities
- Lead regular multi-stakeholder implementation meetings
- Ensure implementation timelines are being met
- Provide exceptional service to all stakeholders
- Configure plan designs, billings and manage employee onboarding
- Manage the successful handoff from implementation to ongoing benefits administration
