We are looking for a talented Employee Benefits Manager to join our team specializing in Human Resources for our corporate business in Nashville, TN.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

  • College, university, or equivalent degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field or equivalent experience required.
  • Significant relevant experience required.

Responsibilities:

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT IN THE FOLLOWING WAYS:

  • Provide advice and guidance on designated employee benefit plans to business leaders and human resources. Lead the design, delivery, and monitoring of initiatives, processes, and tools to achieve performance excellence in employee benefits delivery.
  • Address complex issues and inquiries from employees, human resources, third-party providers, and other stakeholders.
  • Develop and enhance tools and processes to monitor the effectiveness of benefits program delivery.
  • Manage the delivery of benefit information and assistance to plan participants. Partner in creating and delivering training and information sessions for HR and employees, as well as developing communication materials for benefits enrollment and changes.
  • Oversee the performance of employee benefits providers; design processes to monitor and improve provider performance.
  • Keep abreast of emerging market trends and regulatory changes, and evaluate business needs for assigned programs.
  • Coach and mentor benefits team members; assign work based on availability, skills, and developmental needs; assess performance and provide feedback.
  • Ensure all legislative and reporting requirements are met and serves as a resource for HR and management on assigned benefit programs.
