Description:
Summary
The IT company Andersen invites an experienced Employee Central Consultant to work on a large-scale project for one of our customers based in France.
The customer is a consulting firm specializing in Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions, particularly focusing on compensation management. With over 20 years of experience, the company has become an expert in interpreting complex business requirements and delivering value-based solutions. It is exploring the use of generative artificial intelligence to fully automate processes and ensure continuous improvement.
The project is the implementation of Employee Central (EC) in SuccessFactors (SF).
Requirements
- Experience in relevant field for 3+ years.
- Certification in EC (Employee Central) SF (SuccessFactors).
- Experience in implementing EC in SF.
- Experience in developing software documentation.
- Deep knowledge in all techniques of requirements elicitation, experience in requirements management.
- Strong analytical skills to critically evaluate information from multiple sources.
- A solid understanding of human resources principles and processes.
- Good Communication skills.
- Level of English – from Intermediate+ and above.
Desired skills
- Experience in integrating EC with S4HANA.
- Experience with HCM.
- Possess certifications for other modules.
