Description:
DESCRIPTION:
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of employee data governance standards, compliance requirements, and best practices.
- Ensure all data replication processes align with internal policies and external regulations, safeguarding data privacy and security.
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of data replication processes that ensure accurate, reliable, and timely transfer of employee data between Employee Central (EC) and other integrated systems (e.g., payroll, benefits, time management).
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for data replication, continuously monitoring performance to identify and address potential issues early.
- Work closely with HR, IT, and system integration teams to ensure data integrity and consistency across all systems.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for data replication matters, troubleshooting issues and ensuring smooth communication between functional teams.
- Manage and mentor a team of data specialists, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure the team performs data replication tasks efficiently and accurately.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging the team to identify opportunities for process optimization.
- Proactively monitor the data replication processes to ensure accuracy and timely completion, minimizing disruptions to business operations.
- Identify and resolve any data replication issues, including troubleshooting errors and providing root cause analysis to prevent future incidents.
- Create and maintain detailed standard operating procedures (SOPs) for data replication, ensuring consistency in execution and enabling knowledge sharing across the team.
- Ensure that all processes are well-documented, up-to-date, and easily accessible.
- Stay informed on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to HR data replication and Employee Central.
- Evaluate and recommend tools and technologies that could enhance the efficiency, reliability, and security of data replication processes.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience working with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, with a focus on data replication and integration.
- Strong understanding of HR data management, data governance, and compliance regulations (e.g., GDPR).
- Proven experience leading or managing data replication processes across multiple systems (e.g., payroll, time, benefits, and other HR systems).
- Demonstrated ability to manage and lead a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with troubleshooting data issues and optimizing data replication workflows.
- Strong analytical and technical skills with familiarity in HR systems integration.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, HR Management, or a related field
