The Position
Join Roche as an Employee Communications Intern at our Basel headquarters and become an essential part of our Employee Communications team. This role, situated within the Internal Engagement Center of Excellence, offers a unique opportunity to engage in both strategic and operational communications that connect our global workforce to Roche’s mission, vision, and values.
If you’re passionate about digital communication channels, storytelling, and collaborating across corporate, diagnostics, and pharmaceutical functions, this position allows you to apply your skills, gain hands-on experience, and contribute meaningfully to integrated communications campaigns.
