Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

Support key programmes, transformations and change initiatives at Carnival UK, acting as a strategic partner to develop and manage communications campaigns, project plans and learning design.

Fresh ideas and different perspectives are what excite us most and help us to succeed. Alongside bringing these to the role, you’ll also need:

  • Demonstrable experience of delivering effective change communications in a corporate environment
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, demonstrating comfort and proficiency in engaging with senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent writing and verbal communications skills - able to put complex messages into clear and engaging language.
  • Ability to engage directly with project managers, sponsors, people managers, employees, and business leads to implement and execute effective change plans
