Job Summary
The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining project scope, recommending deliverables, budget, and resources. They will oversee curriculum development, review course content and instructional materials, testing, and system access requirements. Additionally, they will identify business-specific learning objectives and adapt curriculum content and delivery methods. The candidate will also perform as a lead instructor in a specialized content area, deploy development tools, monitor implementation, identify potential performance issues, and lead performance analysis to develop improvement recommendations.

This is the pay range that the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position $40.87/hour - $46.80/hour
