Work closely with the Service Manager and Health Check Practitioners to schedule and organise health check sessions in workplaces, ensuring maximum accessibility for employees. Ensure that all logistical aspects of the health check sessions are efficiently managed,including equipment setup, participant flow, and post-check follow-up procedures Develop and maintain partnerships with local employers across various sectors, targeting a minimum of 30 local employers to participate in the Workplace NHS Health Check Program. Act as the primary point of contact for employers, addressing any queries and promoting the benefits of the program to increase employee participation. Design and implement engagement strategies to encourage employee participation in the NHS Health Check Program, utilising both in-person and digital communication methods.
Ensure all communications are clear, jargon-free, and tailored to the audience, providing information about the importance of health checks and how they contribute to long-term health and well-being
