As an Employee Engagement Specialist in Fortum Consumer Solutions you are in an important role in supporting the delivery of excellent employee communications for our community of colleagues and ensuring our employees are truly inspired in their daily work. YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

To succeed in this role you have

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field, such as Communications, Marketing, Languages, Business Administration
  • Experience in working with communications or marketing. We welcome also recent graduates having international experience and a strategic mindset acquired during studies to apply!
  • Excellent writing and storytelling skills, great visual eye
  • Creative, strategic and development-oriented mindset
  • Excellent collaboration skills and ability to work in a global matrix organisation, experience with stakeholder management is beneficial
  • Ability to work fluently in English and Norwegian
  • Experience and/or ability to learn new communication tools for content creation, such as video editing tools, Photoshop, Illustrator etc.
  • Excellent mastering of Office 365 tools, e.g. Powerpoint, Teams, Sharepoint
  • Eagerness and curiosity to try out new things and to continuously learn and improve

Responsibilities:

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL BE

  • Planning and implementing employee communications and employee engagement activities cross-country in Fortum Consumer Solutions
  • Planning, creating and reviewing both business and People communications content for various purposes and channels such as intranet, Viva Engage, newsletters, personnel info sessions, meetups and training sessions.
  • Designing and coordinating different kinds of employee events
  • Supporting and coaching colleagues across the organisation with communication related matters and engaging in close collaboration with all relevant business areas and functions as well as stakeholders
  • Working cross-country across whole Fortum Consumer Solutions, and you will also support our Norwegian colleagues in local communication and engagement activities.
    This position is temporary for approximately one year. You can be located at our campuses in Oslo or Kristiansand, we also support a hybrid working model. The Employee Engagement team is part of Fortum’s People Function and works in close collaboration with the Fortum Consumer Solutions business stakeholders and other Group functions to deliver on our joint objectives. You will be reporting to Senior Manager Employee Engagement.
