VF Corporation is looking for an exceptional Employee Engagement Specialist to join our HR team based in Stabio, CH.

Employee engagement is a critical factor of maintaining a motivated, satisfied and productive workforce. You as, Employee Engagement Specialist, will be responsible for executing strategies and programs that foster positive employee experiences , contribute to sharing company culture and enhance VF’s organizational performance and wellbeing.
Reporting to the Sr HR Director responsible for Employee Engagement across EMEA , you will support the development, delivery, communication, and monitoring of initiatives related to employee engagement, IDEA and wellbeing.
You will closely collaborate with the IDEA and with the People Service leaders and with their teams, to ensure an aligned approach in terms of planning and execution of the different initiatives.
