We are looking for an Employee Experience Administrator – a skilled individual that will play a key role in both our engagement and administration functions.
WHAT WE NEED
- The ideal candidate will have an engaging and outgoing personality; a champion of a positive work environment.
- Previous experience in planning and executing activities, either through work or volunteer opportunities.
- Familiarity working with PowerPoint and Excel and basic graphic design tools, like Canva.
- Understanding of how to effectively market, measure, and evaluate activities within the workplace
- Strong administrator; comfortable competing daily administrative tasks that are repetitive in nature and involve various reports
Responsibilities:
- Lead and support key employee activities to drive employee engagement and a positive work culture.
- Use your creativity, organizational and branding skills to develop impactful activities and programs that matter to employees.
- Responsibility for the entire activity process from idea generation, planning, execution and post-activity review.
- Support employees questions, concerns and requests in an open-door work environment.
- Administration and maintenance of key employee information within company HRIS, including both daily and recurring tasks
- Management of daily reporting metrics and attendance programs.
