We are looking for an Employee Experience Administrator – a skilled individual that will play a key role in both our engagement and administration functions.

WHAT WE NEED

  • The ideal candidate will have an engaging and outgoing personality; a champion of a positive work environment.
  • Previous experience in planning and executing activities, either through work or volunteer opportunities.
  • Familiarity working with PowerPoint and Excel and basic graphic design tools, like Canva.
  • Understanding of how to effectively market, measure, and evaluate activities within the workplace
  • Strong administrator; comfortable competing daily administrative tasks that are repetitive in nature and involve various reports

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support key employee activities to drive employee engagement and a positive work culture.
  • Use your creativity, organizational and branding skills to develop impactful activities and programs that matter to employees.
  • Responsibility for the entire activity process from idea generation, planning, execution and post-activity review.
  • Support employees questions, concerns and requests in an open-door work environment.
  • Administration and maintenance of key employee information within company HRIS, including both daily and recurring tasks
  • Management of daily reporting metrics and attendance programs.
