What you’ll do

• Develop and implement engaging employee programs and initiatives;
• Foster a positive workplace culture through surveys, feedback, and action plans;
• Collaborate across departments to ensure a seamless onboarding and ongoing engagement process;
• Analyze data to measure employee sentiment and drive continuous improvement;
• Organize fun team-building events and activities that boost friendship.

What you’ll need

• Higher Education degree in Business, Communication or a related field (preferential);
• Fluency in English and Portuguese (minimum B2);
• Good MS Office skills;
• A passionate advocate for employee engagement and experience;
• Creative problem solver and innovative thinking;
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly conduct;
• Experience with employee surveys and engagement metrics is a plus.
