Job Description
This six month contract opportunity does hold the opportunity for extension!
The Employee Experience (EX) Coordinator will provide comprehensive support to the daily operations of the Employee Experience team, focused on the Employee Operations & Talent Acquisition teams, contributing to the efficient and professional delivery of onboarding, HR programs, processes, and services across the organization.

A diploma or certificate in Human Resources, with a minimum of 2 years work experience in Human Resources;

  • High attention to detail, ensuring precision in all tasks and delivering accurate results to meet organizational standards;
  • Effectively manage and prioritize tasks and time in a high-volume environment
  • Strong sense of ethics and integrity; ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and written
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
  • Ability to establish rapport quickly, anticipate, understand and respond to the needs of employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to effectively support the needs of various teams and departments.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing requirements, systems, and methodologies within the EX landscape.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare full cycle EX documentation including offer letters, promotion/role change letters, performance management documentation and compensation adjustments etc.
  • Ensure seamless pre-boarding and onboarding experiences for new hires, while also assisting in offboarding processes to guarantee a positive and organized departure for departing team members, in close collaboration with IT, Facilities, Finance, and Learning & Development teams.
  • Ensure all data and employee information in our HR systems are up-to date and accurate;
  • Identify new and improved processes that streamline operations, directly impacting efficiency and the overall employee experience.
  • Act as the primary owner of the general EX inbox, taking ownership of inquiries, and redirecting them to the respective subject matter expert when direct resolution is not possible.
  • Partner with the entire EX team to support internal talent processes and programs including keeping up to date with relevant legislation, communications, and internal policies.
  • Support the day-to-day operations of the EX department by performing various administrative and coordination duties.
  • Work closely with EX Business Partners, ensuring alignment of operations and tasks across the company.
  • Provide administrative support for benefits, including assisting with enrollment, addressing employee inquiries, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Proactive problem-solving, dedicated to finding optimal solutions and ensuring a supportive environment for employees.
  • Serving as an EX hub, adept at providing seamless support, information, and direction, fostering a collaborative and employee-centric environment.
  • Act as a backup to our Office & Facilities Manager
