Responsibilities:

Are you ready to make a real impact by shaping the experience of employees across an entire organization? Join our Business Engagement Team as an Employee Experience Product Manager and lead the way in designing innovative, people-focused digital products and services. Here, you’ll create a workplace where awesome people can achieve truly awesome things!
What You’ll Do:
As a key player in our digital evolution, you’ll drive the vision and implementation of seamless, engaging, and inspiring employee experiences. From end-to-end process design to game-changing tool implementation, you’ll ensure that our team members have everything they need to work creatively, simply, and effectively. You’ll be at the forefront of innovation, adapting quickly in a fast-paced, data-driven world. You will:
Be a Trusted Partner: Establish yourself as the go-to expert and influencer on employee experience, technology decisions, and best practices that meet privacy, legal, and ethical standards.
Engage and Inspire: Use your coaching skills to build strong relationships with leaders and key stakeholders, rallying them around a unified, “in-it-together” approach to employee experience.
Shape the Future: Collaborate with People & Capability to evolve IT and employee tools, communicating vision, product performance, and the exciting future of employee experience at Foodies.
Lead with Impact: Motivate cross-functional leadership teams and establish decision-making processes that help us achieve organizational goals in innovative, healthy ways.
Drive Innovation: Champion growth, foster innovation communities, and explore national platform opportunities to ensure we remain leaders in employee experience.
