POSITION ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Lead the end-to-end development and delivery of key employee lifecycle initiatives aligned to our strategic priorities, such as onboarding, return to work and transition to retirement programs.
- Champion the diversity, inclusion and belonging strategy and roadmap in consultation with the Employee Experience Manager, with actionable recommendations and initiatives, including the administration and evaluation of inclusion metrics and reporting.
- Lead strategic projects to enhance diversity, inclusion and belonging.
- Develop people analytics, dashboards and insights that inform our strategies, drive cultural change, and improve the overall employee experience.
- Support the continuous listening framework and surveying cycle, through reporting, coaching and providing insights on engagement metrics aligned to business objectives.
- Build strong partnerships and relationships with stakeholders to bring to life A&G’s employee experience in parallel with the business vision and strategy.
- Engage with the broader business to enhance workforce capability and planning by developing and embedding the employee experience in all people touchpoints.
- Support the continuous listening framework and surveying cycle, through reporting, coaching and providing insights on engagement metrics aligned to business objectives.
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:
- Qualifications in organisational development, human resource management, business management, organisational psychology or similar.
- Experience in organisational development and employee experience practices including engagement, continuous listening, diversity and inclusion, onboarding, wellbeing and internal communications.
- Proven ability to work autonomously and lead end-to-end initiatives including project management and change management components.
- Experience using employee/customer experience design principles in large cross-divisional organisations.
- Proven stakeholder engagement and partnering skills at all levels of the business.
- Ability to think strategically, analyse complex situations and data and develop creative, evidence-based solutions.
- Excellent communication skills including written and verbal communication and the ability to tailor messages for different audiences.
- Highly developed IT skills including Google Workspace and Slack and engagement survey tools.
