Summary
For the “Security Operations” department, we are looking for an “Employee Site Security (f/m/d)” at the Oberkochen site at the earliest possible date.
The “Security Operations” department is responsible for maintaining the security clearance from the Federal Ministry of Economics and Technology, which authorizes the company to process security-related orders.

Your Tasks

• Ensure implementation of and compliance with the specifications from the company guidelines and the requirements of official secrecy protection in coordination with the local security officer.
• Drawing up service instructions for plant security (security center, gate service, reception service, ID and key office, etc.) and monitoring, ensuring and taking responsibility for ensuring that they are up to date.
• Supervision of external security service providers (technical and cost control)
• Administration of access control system, creation of new and controlling of existing access models, interface to Interflex, third level support in the event of faults
• Administration of security technology, operation, monitoring, fault forwarding, documentation and implementation of instructions for the intrusion, fire alarm and video surveillance system
• Ensuring the functionality of all devices and equipment at the external plant security service provider
• Participation in the creation and updating of security concepts
• Traffic safety, barriers and internal accident recording

Your Profile

• Completed training as a specialist for protection and security or comparable
• Several years of experience in the field of plant security and as a manager (e.g. site management / operations management), high level of expertise (technical, operational and personnel security)
• High degree of independence, initiative and commitment
• High level of problem-solving skills, strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Class B driving license (old 3)
• Fluent German and good English skills
