Description:

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Creating and following up personal medical records, outputting medical data from software tool, editing and reviewing reports, following up medical protocols for nurses and doctors.
  • Administrative support for nurses and doctors.
  • General office management: mailbox management, telephone contacts both internally and externally with customers, laboratories and suppliers, follow-up of materials, both medical equipment and office equipment.
  • Efficient management of all medical equipment and resources, including registering, monitoring and organizing interventions to ensure optimal availability and condition.

JOB EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in medical office management.
  • Experience and/or a background in medical secretarial work is a plus, but not a must.
  • Accuracy is essential; you can work with concentration for long periods of time, for example when drawing up medical reports.
  • You have a strong focus on customer satisfaction
