Description:
- Organizing and managing employee events to strengthen relationships between employees within the company
- Fostering good communication to all employees in all areas
- Maintain good relations with internal and external parties (community, agencies, government, and other related institutions) to support activities related to industrial/employee relations
- Management of company permits with the Manpower Office related to industrial relations
- Resolve cases of violations of labor laws / Company regulations, monitor and provide suggestions for improvement
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor of Communication, Management, Law
- Min 2 years experience handling Employee Experience, Culture, ER/IR
- Have experience or willing to learn about company regulations
- Good communication skill and can think out of box
- Can work in individual and team
- Have basic knowledge or familiar with Adobe Photoshop
- Placement in Sunter
