DESIRABLE CRITERIA

  • At least level 3 CIPD, ideally level 5 or 7 (or equivalent experience and willing to study)
  • Well developed Coaching, advising and partnering skills

Responsibilities:

MAIN DUTIES OF THE JOB

Proactively advise managers in all aspects of employee relations and effectively manage ER cases such as conduct, grievance, capability and sickness absence in line with the Trust’s employment policies, employment law, equality principles and best practice.
Work closely with the Employee Relations team, People Business Partners and Directorate Managers to understand service needs and support the implementation of operational and strategic HR processes.
