Description:

Are you a proactive HR professional with a passion for people? Do you thrive on building strong, effective relationships and providing high-quality support to employees and managers alike? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join us as an Employee Relations Advisor.
As a key member of our Employee Relations team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering consistent and professional HR advice across Wilson James. You’ll be the go-to person for managers and employees, providing them with the guidance they need to navigate complex employee relations issues.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include supporting our colleagues based at Heathrow Airport, managing grievances, TUPEs, absences and consultations to name a few. You’ll have the opportunity to work closely with senior management, line managers, and HR colleagues, ensuring that our people-first culture is at the heart of everything we do. DESIRABLE SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

  • Experience with TUPE Transfers: Prior experience in managing Transfer of Undertakings (TUPE) processes, including employee consultation and integration.
  • HR Qualification: CIPD qualification or equivalent in Human Resources.
  • HR Systems Knowledge: Familiarity with HR information systems and reporting tools.
  • Experience in a Similar Sector
