Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
- Lead on strategic change initiatives across the business, ensuring that employee relations are managed effectively and aligned with transformation objectives.
- Provide high-level advisory support to senior leaders on complex ER issues, ensuring alignment with organisational policies, processes, and legal frameworks.
- Shape and influence organisational policies and processes by incorporating external insights, best practices, and changes in employment legislation.
- Establish and foster trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, acting as a key advisor on all ER and change-related activities.
- Utilize data to proactively identify trends and risks, driving continuous improvement and aligning ER practices with strategic business priorities.
- Partner with HR and business leaders on key change management projects to support organizational transformation.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and mitigate risks associated with employee relations and change programs, including the effective recording and tracking of all activities.
- Proactively drive improvements in employee relations and change processes through stakeholder collaboration and cross-functional leadership.
