Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Provide advice to People Managers across the range of ER people related issues, ensuring they are aligned to our internal policies, processes, as well as ensuring legal compliance and best practice.
  • Contribute on projects/squad delivery as an employee relations subject matter expert, working with the business and HR.
  • Successfully establish and develop strong relationship trust based relationships with people leaders by the provision of specialist advice.
  • Actively contribute or lead on the design and delivery of people leader upskilling in all areas of ER.
  • Proactively analyse ER data to identify recurring trends and themes to support continuous improvement, aligned to strategic priorities.
  • Provide leaders with support on people related matters to ensure matters are resolved quickly and effectively.
  • Advise and support on all levels of complexities of case management according to level of competency.
  • Contribute to the creation of people related policies, ensuring compliance and best practice are considered using external insights and developments in employment legislation.
  • Ensure all activity/paperwork is completed to the standard required.
  • Ensure risk management is integral to all activities and ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements and all insurance governance procedures, including effective recording of cases.
  • Identify, own and manage the risks involved in the various programmes and initiatives to ensure we deliver as promised.
  • Utilise both internal and external communities of practice and matrix reporting lines to maintain/replenish knowledge of HR industry, products and field.
