We are seeking an Employee Relations Consultant on a 7 month contract (with a possible extension) to join our Employee Relations team in Sydney, providing strategic and tactical support integrating and adapting through an exciting acquisition.

Responsibilities:

  • Leading the ER and IR workstreams to support the integration and adaptation of a strategic acquisition to support senior management, transformation teams and most importantly, our people
  • Advising influencing and coaching business managers to improve the employee experience and overall organisational performance by providing specialist advice on performance management, conduct and employee relations issues in the context of the acquisition.
  • Collating and recording Employee Relations data to identify trends and develop appropriate remedial strategies, working with Key HR functions and business leaders to implement.
  • Fostering a proactive and collaborative relationship with the Finance Sector Union, key HR functions and business leaders to support and deliver the transformation project aligned to key strategic priorities, HR policies, and procedures.
  • Working with the Head of ER to deliver the Employee Relations Strategy and empower business leaders to improve the employee experience.
