We offer two bonuses (personal performance paid quarterly and company performance paid annually) with private healthcare and dental cover and a generous pension scheme.
Are you passionate about resolving workplace disputes and fostering positive employee relations? Do you have a knack for mediation and conflict resolution? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!
At Specsavers, we are looking for a dedicated professional to support in addressing employee relations complaints and grievances. You’ll work closely with our internal stakeholders and external bodies to facilitate early informal resolutions, minimising business disruptions. When necessary, you’ll engage in formal dispute resolution processes, including negotiating COT3 and Settlement Agreements with ACAS and external legal bodies.
Imagine being the go-to person for resolving workplace disputes, creating a positive and effective dispute resolution environment, and providing quick, effective, and responsive resolutions. You’ll have the opportunity to support our store partners by equipping them with the knowledge, practical skills, and motivation to manage their stores and handle employee relations challenges fairly and consistently. Your role will be crucial in maintaining employer-employee relationships that contribute to a harmonious workplace.
If you have significant experience in conflict resolution, a thorough understanding of UK employment legislation, and excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you! Join us at Specsavers and make a real difference in our stores across the UK and Ireland. Apply now and be part of a team that values fairness, consistency, and effective dispute resolution.
