JOB SUMMARY

The Employee Relations Coordinator will serve as a resource and consultant to employees and leaders regarding CoxHealth policies and relevant employment regulations. The Employee Relations Coordinator will assist the HR Business Partners in day to day functions to support the HR Department that reflect the objectives of the organization. This position will support various functions of the department, such as leaves of absence, unemployment compensation insurance, and rehire reviews. These responsibilities will be accomplished while utilizing excellent customer service and communication skills.

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor’s degree required

EXPERIENCE

  • Experience in Human Resources preferred
  • Experience providing exceptional customer service preferred

SKILLS

  • Ability to establish & maintain effective working relations with peers, leaders & employees.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office & HRIS programs
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, written & verbal
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with tact and discretion
  • Excellent time management organization, prioritizing, decision-making and planning skills
  • Knowledge of employment law preferred
