Description:
The General Employee Relations Coordinator works closely with the human resources and operations team at YUL, ensuring effective communication with unionized employees and administering several human resources processes.

General Employee Relations Coordinator Responsibilities
- Manage several human resources administrative processes at YUL including, for example, employment terminations, new hires, inter-airport transfers, HR data, etc.
- Support employees with their various requests, including general human resources questions, personal information, job confirmation requests, etc.
- Support the other coordinators in their respective mandates, including managing leave of absence and work accommodations.
- Develop, implement and administer a customer service structure for unionized and non-unionized employees.
General Employee Relations Coordinator Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years experience in human resources, preferably in a unionized environment.
- Post-secondary education in human resources or labour relations, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience working in a federally regulated, unionized sector is ideal.
- Good level of competence and confidence with Microsoft Office and other office applications.
- Work experience and/or basic knowledge of collective agreement management.
