Responsibilities:

From our Headquarters in Billund, you will be part of a highly professional and passionate team who collaborate closely with partners across the LEGO Group. You will primarily cover Denmark with supporting people leaders and People Partners in all matters related to employment law, collective agreements, and internal HR policies. The primary focus will be on the hourly paid employees population. More specifically, you will:

  • Provide guidance and support across business units in terms of individual as well as collective employment law and legislation (including collective agreements like “Industriens Overenskomst (IO)” and “Industriens Funktionæroverenskomst (IFO)” in Denmark).
  • Consult people partners, people leaders and union representatives when adjusting and implementing new policies and when individual cases need to be investigated, evaluated, prepared, and solved
  • Be on top of upcoming new legislation and drive the implementation hereof
  • Support global leaders with a big variety of ER challenges, and provide day-to-day sparring
  • Handle cases that comes in through our Compliance Line
  • Support our Diversity and Inclusion Journey by giving input to various projects, and help secure that tasks such as cases, reorganizations and projects are being handled with a D&I lense
  • Maintain and update standard contracts and prepare and maintain internal policies – e.g., make sure the HR policies in Denmark are in accordance with new legislation
  • Prepare and update our Business Service Operations (BSO) with the newest HR policies, legislation and collective agreements, and occasionally support them with your knowledge and insights in terms of employment law and individual employee related questions
