You will join the Employee Relations team – a centre of excellence within EY that manages all employment relations matters in Oceania.
As one of our Employee Relations Managers, you’ll support a high-performance culture and act as our senior specialist working closely with the business in managing high risk issues such as workplace investigations, conduct, ill-health, redundancies and restructures, some senior performance issues, and any other employee relations matters.

You will also work on projects when required that align with Talent priorities such as legislative changes and continuous improvement processes. In addition, you will:

  • Partner with the wider teams such as HR Business Partners, our General Counsel’s office and other Talent Centres of Excellence to execute wider Talent projects such as acquisitions
  • Partner with all levels of the business to create sustained solutions to individual employee matters
  • Coach and mentor Employee Relations Advisors
  • Maintain work life balance with hybrid working

  • Ability to influence and partner with business leaders at all levels of the organisation
  • Employee relations case management experience
  • Knowledge of legislative and statutory requirements
  • Up to date with any relevant employee relations amendments and emerging matters including, but not limited to case law, legislation and award changes
  • Demonstrated ability to provide practical and effective solutions to complex problems
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Proven ability to influence business leaders and manage diverse stakeholder groups
