Description:
The Employee Relations Specialist Analyst is responsible for maintaining positive employee relationships and ensuring compliance with employment laws. They handle employee records, facilitate training, and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
This position provides a broad range of professional employee relations activities including but not limited to: employee consulting, training, conflict resolution, complaint investigation, policy interpretation and the delivery of related reports and recommendations.
Responsibilities:
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (JOB DUTIES):
- Serve as a point of contact for all employee related issues, inquiries, and grievances.
- Conduct investigations into workplace conflicts, complaints, and disciplinary issues.
- Gathers and verifies evidence through interviews and observation of suspects and witnesses or by reviewing and analyzing records and logs.
- Compiles and reports detailed investigation findings.
- Assist in resolving disputes between employees or between employees and management.
- Maintain positive relationships between employees and the organization.
- Communicate policies pertaining to Human Resources.
- Conduct exit interviews.
- Collect and analyze employee data.
- Organize and update employee files.
- Adhere to regulatory standards.
- Oversee employee orientation and training.
