Description:
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on employee relations.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Demonstrated experience conducting investigations, resolving conflicts, and handling sensitive employee matters.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and work effectively with employees at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on fairness and objectivity.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive situations with professionalism and discretion.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to provide clear guidance to all levels of employees.
- The ability to navigate complex and difficult situations.
- HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) is a plus.
WORKING ENVIRONMENT/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- General office environment
- Typing, sitting, standing, walking, some light lifting
- Use of basic office equipment such as PC, fax, printer, copier, phone
- Occasional travel, normally short trips
WORK AT HOME REQUIREMENTS:
- A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home.
- A secure home internet connection with a minimum download speed of 20 Mbps and a minimum of 10 Mbps for uploads is required.
- The workspace area accommodates all workstation equipment and related materials and provides adequate surface area to be productive.
