Description:

The post holder will be expected to support trust wide with any Employee Services responsibilities. Employee Services are responsible for the transactional HR processes including but not limited to change of circumstances forms, leaver forms, ID badge renewals, visa renewals, reference requests. Employee Services are responsible for maintenance and development of ESR, automated forms and reporting on transactional HR processes.
Employee Services Team Leaders are responsible for supporting staff at all levels across the Trust as well as line managing the Employee Services Advisors. In addition, Team Leaders deputize for the People Manager as required.

Provision of training, advice and assistance to system users.
Support teams and users to realise system benefits and monitor rule breaches.
Planning and organising the workload to ensure systems operate effectively.
Maintenance of the electronic rostering systems and ESR hierarchy. Collect and process team shift data and rules in order to maintain and create Healthroster units.
Allocate work to the Employee Services Advisors and officers on a daily bases.

Management of routine interface requirements including the processing of weekly and monthly data uploads in accordance with strict timetables and payroll policies and procedures to ensure timely payments to trust employees.
Responsible for checking the work of the Employee Services Advisors and Officers daily.
The processing of the trust payroll extraction, including all data checks, liaison with managers and senior managers for finalization of rosters, and the ESR processing team.
10. Maintain regular communication links to teams and staff to promote best practice and inform users of issues, upgrades and changes to the systems and realize system benefits
