The internship: Full-time position, up to 9 months.
Location: Lisbon, Portugal (Av. Defensores Chaves 45, Lisboa)

Main areas of responsibility:

  • Respond to employee inquiries and resolve incidents;
  • Process Workday activities in support of Bose Managers and HR personnel;
  • Support in office management and administrative tasks;
  • Actively maintain and improve knowledge management tools used by the team;
  • Identify issues and opportunities for improvement within HR processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor or master’s student and you follow an education in HR, Management, Finance, Accounting or similar;
  • Interest in learning different Hire-to-Retire processes;
  • Proficient in English Language, verbally and in writing;
  • Pro-active, independent and with good communication skills (verbal and written);
  • Accurate, careful and able to handle confidential information and documents;
  • Creative, curious, able to adapt and to analyze problems, proposing improvements.
