BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience.

PREFERRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

  • Extensive knowledge of IT environment.Working knowledge of IT service, change and problem management with ITIL processes.
  • Extensive knowledge of IT systems management.
  • Extensive knowledge of system software infrastructure, distribution and installation/support via SCCM, Intune or other related solutions.
  • Working knowledge of application delivery including release management.
  • Working knowledge of computer operations.
  • Working knowledge of hardware infrastructure.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work cooperatively and professionally with co-workers, customers and management.
  • Effective communication skills, verbal and written.

Responsibilities:

  • Installation and testing of a new software release process.
  • Analysis, monitoring, and fine-tuning the application system to achieve optimum performance levels.
  • Partnering with the internal infrastructure teams and vendors to resolve issues with hardware and software, both regional and global.
  • Ownership of regional problem resolution processes, to provide timezone coverage when issues occur that affect employee technology.
