Job Description
As we continue our growth, attracting, hiring, and retaining the best talent are ones of the top priorities for Bosch in Romania. We are looking for an experienced and creative Employer Branding Cluster Owner to join our national Employer Branding team.
In this role, you will lead key cross-locations and strategic initiatives, based on the target groups recruited in Bosch Romania. This role is pivotal in driving project success, ensuring alignment with company objectives, and fostering collaboration across diverse local teams.
You will be working within our national Employer Branding and Communication team and collaborating with the local teams, to ensure employer branding projects are successfully deployed, implemented, and reported.

  • Good understanding of employer branding principles and candidates’ behavior;
  • Project & stakeholder management experience;
  • Excellent copywriting skills;
  • Good knowledge of digital campaigns principles and social media best practices;
  • Analytic skills and attention to details;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Advanced level of English, in spoken and written;
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills;
  • Good time-management skills;
  • Autonomous, responsible, positive, flexible, proactive person;
  • Studies in marketing, communication and public relations or human resources fields.
    Additional Information

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire lifecycle of major projects associated with the cluster of responsibility, from conceptualization and planning to execution, monitoring, and reporting. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
  • Work closely with various stakeholders, including human resources, corporate communications, business to ensure cross-functional and locations alignment for project integration and with business goals.
  • Contribute to strategic planning of projects for the target group in its responsibility and support decision-making at the senior management level to improve operational efficiency and project delivery.
  • Effectively communicate project expectations to the specialist’s team members as well as to the stakeholders in a timely and clear manner. Maintain continuous engagement with key stakeholders.
  • Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure minimal impact on the project deliverables and timelines.
  • Ensure collaborations with allocated resources, including external providers and manage schedules to ensure project success.
  • Prepare comprehensive project reports and maintain detailed project documentation for all project phases.
