Within the Global Talent Acquisition team, the Employer Branding Manager is responsible for designing and communicating our employer brand. Position our company as an attractive employer to attract new talent and engage existing employees through internal and external actions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a Global Employer Branding Strategy for Kapsch TrafficCom
- Create and manage attractive target group-orientated digital content for various channels (e.g. social media, company website, candidate toolkit).
- Lead the management of our company career section
- Collaborate with HR to define the Employee Value Proposition
- Define and lead the implementation of new digital tools and platforms to enhance the employer branding efforts
- Work closely with Global Marketing & Communications to ensure a consistent corporate brand message
- Lead Talent & Acquisition (TA) corporate communication strategy (job ads, employer branding videos, new social media channels, etc)
- Conduct market research on Employer Branding industry trends
- Support and participate in job fairs, university events, and other local recruiting events in Austria
