Responsibilities:
The primary aim of this position will be to develop and maintain thriving relationships with industry partners for the purpose of hiring School of Business students into full-time roles, WIL experiences and part-time positions. The Employer Engagement Liaison will be responsible for creating engagement opportunities with the corporate community for students to explore business career paths and networks including career panels, career fairs, and mentoring opportunities. Significant evening and weekend work, as well as the ability to incorporate a varied workday (i.e., attend a variety of evening and weekend events year round) at varied locations is required, as is the ability to travel when necessary. An incumbent receives direction from a Dean and Divisional Chair, instructions from several Coordinators or Convenors, and reports to the Dean.
