Job Description

ATTRIBUTES AND EXPERIENCE:

• Strong leadership / strategic experience
• Commercial acumen to drive business growth, profitability, quality initiatives and marketing activities;
• Drive and initiative to work autonomously and build strategies that work
• Ability to network with employers and generate leads and account manage employers effectively;
• Highly developed negotiation skills

• Support and lead the team of Employer Engagement Consultants across WA
• Co-ordinate, drive and implement Employer Engagement Strategies statewide
• Maintain relationships with pre-existing employers and identify and develop new Employer Relationships.
