REQUIREMENTS
Reflections Training Academy is looking for an enthusiastic, professional full time Employer Engagement Officer / Assessor to join our Team in Bristol City Centre.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate:
• Professional communication skills - be approachable and able to initiate ideas • Build and grow business profile in the South-West including Bristol, Bath and Taunton • Excellent customer service with the ability to manage a busy caseload • Flexible and adaptable in meeting business and employer needs • Enjoy setting up and meeting new employers • Passion for hairdressing/ Barbering • TAQA or equivalent assessor units would be desirable or a willingness to work towards
Day to day duties include:
• To maintain and improve our current employer partnership links, and to engage and create new business by promoting and securing apprenticeship standards in the following areas. Level 2 & 3 Hairdressing Level 2 Barbering • To actively participate in the marketing and promotion of the Academy to new employers to generate new business for the Academy • Assessing learners on an apprenticeship programme in the workplace • Source and engage with existing employers to encourage apprenticeships and work experience opportunities for learner • Represent the Academy in a wide range of forums as a high-quality training provider • Keep employers up to date within all areas of the business including safeguarding. • Carry out learner/ employer set-up timely in the workplace. • Able to work as part of a team in supporting recruitment and management against Academy priorities • The role requires travel and setting up new employers in a wide catchment area • Be motivated and have a passion for Hairdressing training with a friendly professional disposition. • Demonstrate and lead company values. • Ensure the achievement of excellent customer satisfaction
Car owner/driver essential and enhanced DBS is required for the role as you will be in regular contact with young people
