By Joining Our Employer Relations Team
CPA Ontario is currently in search of an Employer Relations Coordinator who will be responsible for supporting the Employer Relations department in answering emails and calls related to practical experience requirements and providing guidance on how to access, create and submit experience reports through the profession’s online Practical Experience Reporting Tool (PERT), as well as setting up approved student training programs in our systems.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Responding to inquiries and providing support and superior service to students, mentors and employers.
Managing queues in the Practical Experience Reporting Tool (PERT) including triaging and distributing student experience reports after verifying proper completion.
Data entry of and processing of student chargeable hours data in Salesforce tool.
Completing daily administrative responsibilities to support student progress.
Providing administrative and program compliance support to officers and their portfolios.
Who You Are:
A post-secondary graduate with a degree or diploma in Business or another related discipline or equivalent experience. Experienced serving students or members in a regulatory, membership, educational services, or customer-oriented environment is preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams, and other Office 365 applications. Experience with Salesforce or other CRM are preferred.
Able to demonstrate strong administration and data entry skills, professionalism and a commitment to providing a superior level of service to the student population.
A strong communicator (verbal and written) with excellent interpersonal, relationship building abilities.
Well organized with proven ability to multi-task, work well under pressure, and meet competing deadlines.
Able to prioritize multiple deadlines and excel at time management combined with a high degree of attention to accuracy and detail.
Experienced at working in a fast-paced environment, able to utilize your strong organization, and critical-thinking skills.
A team player, willingness to help other team members as required and ongoing collaboration within a team environment.
